We are glad to provide you with our schedule of Elbrus climbing in Spring-Summer-Autumn of season 2006.

Best PERIOD - April - September (possible climbing period March - October).
Normal climbing program - 11 (or 10) days. Minimum climbing program - 8 days.
We can also make this Program duration upon your request.

Normal climbing program - 11 (or 10) days.

1 day. Meeting in Moscow airport. Transfer to hotel *** 3 stars. Dinner. Free time. Night in the hotel.
2 day. Transfer Hotel - airport + short Moscow sight-seeing. Flight to city Mineral Vody (Caucasus region). Transfer to Elbrus region (about 4 hours), accomodation in Logovo lodge. Dinner.
3 day. Transfer to Cheget. Using chair lift to "Ay" cafe (2500 m) or till Second Cheget (3000 m). Ski tour or trekking to Cheget peak (about 3500 m) for acclimatisation. Good view on Donguz-Orun (4468 m) and double Elbrus (5642 m) peak. Return to Logovo lodge.
4 day. Coming to Elbrus Azau lift station. Using ski-lift transportation till "Mir" station (3500 m) and to Refuge "Karabashi" (3900 m). Then Acclimatisation ski-tour or trekking to place of "Refuge of 11" (4200 m) with nice Caucasus panorama. Return to the Logovo lodge.
5 day Coming to Elbrus Azau lift station. Lift transportation and coming to Refuge "Karabashi" (3900 m). Acclimatisation to "Pastukhov Rocks" (4800 m). Staying in the refuge Karabashi for a night with nice view around.
6 day. Rest in the region of Karabashi refuge. Climbing preparation day. Night in the Refuge "Karabashi".
7 day. Climbing Mt. Elbrus summit. Snow-cat drive till 4800 m - Pastukhov rocks could be used. About 8 - 10 climbing hours to the summit.Return and Night spent in Refuge "Karabashi".
8 day. Weather reserved day.
9 day. Weather reserved day.
10 day. Descent by ski-lift to Azau station. Transfer to the Logovo Lodge. Get rest. Climbing sertificate party.
11 day. Transfer to Mineral Vody airport, flight to Moscow. Transfer to Sheremetievo II Airport for flight home. In case of extra free time - Moscow sight-seeing tour could be done with Kremlin visit and other excursion.

1 day. Arriving to Mineral Vody (Caucasus region) (Derectly, or via Moscow). Transfer to Elbrus region (about 4 hours), accomodation in Logovo lodge. Dinner.

You can try to make a ski or snow-board descent from the summit of Elbrus' (5642 m) in May - August till the altitude of 3900 m, depends upon the snow conditions.
In April - May also possible to have a ski-tour program in Central Caucasus - Elbrus region.
